We've been in the music and entertainment industry for over twenty years so we've seen a thing or two, whether it was working for Madonna's record label, Maverick Records (now part of Warner Bros Records) or slogging it out working for larger management firms, entertainment and digital marketing companies or movie studios like Sony Pictures.

If it's one thing we've learned over the years, it's how to spot talent. But talent isn't enough anymore. 

To be successful these days, you need songs that aren't good or great or amazing but songs that are PHENOMENAL and STAR MAKING!
